Remove that reflection from your glasses…By the way the video was fantastic!!!!👍👍❣️❣️❣️❣️
we need more of levy's endgame videos!!
Levy: International Master
Also Levy: 6:40 "check.."
Excellent video, I'm using this to teach my son of the Queen vs Pawn endgame. At 1:44, I think the white queen can just take the pawn instead of bringing the King near the Pawn. However, the defending King may go to e4 instead of e5 in which case white needs to bring the King. Just an observation.
how many of you practiced against a computer and it underpromoted to a knight to give check
21:06 No levy no more endgame videos after 7 months
Wrong title, should be "Not so easy chess endgames"
please cover all endgame patterns… I learn better by seeing and listening, when reading my mind wanders off in the first few seconds.
Please more of endgame videos 😭💔
I messed up queen vs h pawn 2 squares away but won due to king close
6:08 how is this a draw? or am I missing something? black can (must) move hist pawn…? an then you easily take it in two turns.
it is disgusting how big the dunning kruger effect is in chess.
I subed!
"we have 275k at time of recording". almost a million more now!
Thanks sir for the video because I wanted to learn some endgames…
Levy, thank you. I just work with Yusupov's book and there was a chapter about these endgames and after was a test which i failed. So thank you for explaining it very clearly so i can do pass the test. And congrats for 1kk subs in 11 months. Great work man.
6:47 take with pawn
I am your fan gotham chess,
Now I'm watching after 2 yrs of lockdown
7:15 why don't take the Queen with the peon
I should have watched this video sooner I just tied a game against someone rated +500 than me cuz i didn't know how to do this endgame
Do a knight + bishop endgame please
yo man flip the pawn lmao 😀 you are blundering it so many times
million dollar square
Very good teacher
Great vid:)
“The threat is always better than the execution.” I realized this when I kept giving the king checks and then I finally just threatened to take the undefended pawn and that allowed my queen and king to get close and finally capture and mate.
who else still come back and watch it cause you just lose a winning endgame on time?
It's always easy when the black is endgame noob (Gotham's black name)😂😂
Me:skip to bonus lesson
Levi:congratulates me on making it this far
Also me:starts video over to deserve the compliment
I didn't click out I just paused it to watch something else and cameback
What do you do to play with both colors?
Did you just say all END GAMES are solved! That's interesting.
Nice
And now you have 1.5 million subs!! 🔥🙌 Your videos are so helpful. Thanks!
beautiful❤
Thanks ! For this video I just saw it before my chess tournament and won a round in which my opponents knight pawn was on 7th rank and was just going to promote
At 6:32, after the check, the black king goes on b-4 or a-4. The queen moves to b-2. Isn't it a win for white at that moment? Please explain.
6:40 is it just me or is that not a check?(love the vid levy)
imagine taking chess so seriously that you study it like a school subject.
Now 1.6M 👏
i just stalemated on this endgame, instantly came to thios video
Levy is right! I feel so strong now.
1 year ago, Levy had 275k subs
Now he's got 1.73mil
My man
Where can I train my understanding of million dollar squares? It's hard to get to endgame in regular plays
It’s 2 years in the future and you only have 3 in endgame videos still. Come on GothamChess.
13:50 Why can't the black queen block?
Interesting
