For those who are still confused:
White can only move king and queen because others are blocked.
If he moves king then black queen takes white queen and game over.
He cannot move queen because it’s restricted because black queen will check white king.
Only option left is to take the black queen. But that will bring the game to stalemate because black has no move left.
So nobody wins.

Absolutely brilliant setup. An impending checkmate by having an open pawn and equal pieces otherwise. The king moves into the corner which would cause a stalemate because there would be no possible moves left. The white queen is forced to take resulting in a stalemate.
